The deadline for the Employer to process your retroactive pay and all salary adjustments is September 29, 2017. Some, but not all, RE Group members have already received it. In all cases, be assured that the Institute is ready to use every means at its disposal to ensure that you receive the complete, accurate amount you are owed.

Your respective collective agreements currently stipulate that compensatory leave earned during the previous fiscal year and outstanding on September 30, 2017 is to be automatically cashed-out.

On June 1, the RE Group Collective Agreement was signed. We are going to see the first effects on our pay on July 12. The pay of most RE members will be adjusted based on the new hourly rate. There will also be a partial or full retroactive payment.
