Voters Kit for the 2026 Election to the SH Group Executive
The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada March 2026
This is your voter’s kit for the election of the SH Group Executive.
Voting will take place by electronic means only. No paper mail-in ballots will be provided.
Nominations have now closed.
The following positions are open in the 2026 election cycle:
- Pharmacy – 3-year term
- Psychology – 3-year term
- Northern Nurse – 3-year term
- Nurse Practitioner – 3-year term
- Member at Large (British Columbia or Quebec) – 2-year term
Following the close of nominations, one position was filled by acclamation.
An election will be held for the remaining four positions (see the table below).

Voter Eligibility
Members in good standing of PIPSC in the SH Group are eligible to vote.
Please read the following information carefully:
- Voting System (https://elections.pipsc-ipfpc.ca/)
- All emails from the voting system will come from: donotreply-nepasrepondre@elections.pipsc-ipfpc.ca (please check any junk/spam folders).
- A self-serve password reset will trigger an onboarding email if you have yet to complete the onboarding process.
- If you have not received the onboarding/voting email, please ensure we have the correct email address on file by contacting elections@pipsc.ca
- If you have received the onboarding/voting email but wish to update your current email on file, please reach out to elections@pipsc.ca.
- Members must complete the onboarding process to log into their account. Please follow the instructions in the email.

Resumes Submitted by Candidates
Candidate biographies are available for review through the online voting platform.
Biographies are reproduced as submitted, without edits, and are limited to:
- 200 words in English
- 250 words in French (to account for linguistic differences)
Biographies submitted in English have been translated into French, and biographies submitted in French have been translated into English by PIPSC translators.
Please review all materials carefully before casting your vote.
Deadline for on-line voting: Noon (Ottawa time) on March 30, 2026.
