I am currently serving as a Steward within the CBI, and my willingness to support and contribute extends well beyond the minimum expectations of this role. It would be a privilege to further assist the organization within my available time and capacity. I did serve many prior organization as a leading role. I am an MBA in Marketing and Management and have many years of work experience in private organizations. I was involved in many ways of various decision making. Policy making is one of my expertise too and I have done that for many organization including for my Pharmacy at Corrections. I am known for strong critical‑thinking skills and the ability to thoroughly evaluate decisions and policies, identifying potential risks, benefits, and long‑term impacts. This allows me to contribute meaningfully to initiatives aimed at sustainable improvement and organizational effectiveness. Through my involvement with PIPSC, I have come to recognize it as a well‑structured and impactful organization. I would like to contribute further within my available time and when appropriate
