Dear colleagues,

I have been working for the Correctional Service of Canada for over 30 years. This has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of the challenges faced by federal psychologists. The obstacles related to the recruitment and retention of federal psychologists have persisted for decades now, and it is high time to address them. During the last four rounds of bargaining, we tried unsuccessfully to get the Treasury Board (TB) to improve its economic offers for the PSs and other classifications. Our request for a salary adjustment may seem excessive, but it is merely a reflection of the employer’s long-term negligence. I therefore invite you to vote for me.
