Following the completion of our recent round of bargaining, I am hosting a series of Lunch and Learns entitled “Getting to know your collective agreement”. 

I have selected four dates in October as outlined below.   Spaces are limited and members will be selected on a first come first serve basis.  Future dates will be made available if required.

To secure your spot please respond to my email indicating your preference of date and location.  Pizza and drinks will be provided.  Please let me know in advance if you have any dietary requirements.

Ottawa, September 11, 2017 – University of Ottawa Information Technology Professionals (UOITP) represented by the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PIPSC) will be studying their options this week as a mediator tries to resolve a weeks-long impasse at the bargaining table.

Announcement of RMG Election Results

These are the results of the RMG election that closed on September 6, 2017. The term of office for each of these members elected to the RMG Executive shall be three (3) years. The national Executive shall elect the officers from their own members, according to bylaws section 8.

Voting was principally by secure electronic means. Paper ballots were send upon request.
