Fellow Members,

I would like to thank everyone who was able to participate during last week’s ratification vote.

During the ratification process, 400 out of 464 members casted a vote, for a participation rate of 86%. From this number, 290 (72.5%) members voted in favor of accepting the tentative agreement and 110 (27.5%) voted in favor of rejecting the offer.

Your group executive will be hosting a series of lunch and learns to explain the new provisions of our collective agreement and address any questions you may have.

Sincerely,
Michael Simard
