The 2022 PIPSC AGM will start at 8:30am Eastern on Friday, November 18, 2022 and Saturday, November 19, 2022, ending at approximately 5:00pm Eastern
Where will the PIPSC 2022 AGM be held?
The 2022 AGM will take place at Le Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel - 1201 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Montreal, Quebec H3B 2L7 in the Ballroom on the 4th floor.

Will the meeting be held in person?
The 2022 PIPSC AGM will be held in person only. There will be live streaming of the event, if you wish to watch from home. Live streaming will be for viewing only, you will not be able to interact or vote.
How do I register as a Delegate or Observer?
You will receive an invitation to register through the AGM registration system by email. If you did not receive an invitation on July 15th and you were chosen as a delegate or observer, please email aga-agm@pipsc.ca.
How do I register for an AGM ancillary meeting? (eg. Delegate Caucus)
You can register through the AGM registration system which is linked within your invitation to register email.
How do I book travel?
Flight and hotel reservations must be made through the AGM registration system and Concur Travel link on your registration confirmation page.
If you require a car rental, or train, please call BCD at 1-866-768-7624 and indicate the meeting name, date and location found in your invitation email.
Please be advised that when making your travel arrangements, Concur Travel will be using flight credits where possible.
All expenses incurred by Observers (travel, accommodation, salary replacement, all meals and incidentals) are the responsibility of the sponsoring constituent Body.

How do I submit an amendment to a resolution?
Email the text of the amendment to the Resolutions Sub-Committee at: resolutions@pipsc.ca (English) or to motions@ipfpc.ca (French). You will be notified by email if your amendment requires clarification.
