Meeting called to order at 19:30

  1. Look at ORC agenda draft - Anthony requires approval
    1. Hospitality 8-10 pm, capped @ 2 hours
    2. No meal for delegates, they go out to eat
    3. Bridget would like 5 minutes to speak of 2 labour schools, will speak during last 30 mins/closing remarks

  1. Delegate count allotment worksheet, is a work in progress as Dec 31, 2023 counts are not up to date yet. Heather provided numbers based on estimations. There are some issues with membership numbers. Cutoff date is February 16th by Heather, would like to push back to Feb 20 so that PIPSC can provide membership by Feb 19, 2024. John will send an email to presidents, warning them that there are some issues, and that membership count being uncertain, numbers could fluctuate.
  1. Meet & Greet March 22 à Spread the word as much as possible so that we have as many members out
  1. Bridget informed there are 2 labour schools. In May in Niagara-on-the-lake & October in London.
