COVID-19 has changed the work routines of millions of people around the world.Thanks to technology, many organizations have transitioned to a remote workforce. While there are many benefits, remote work has also created a significant impact to the human aspect of how we interact and communicate with others.
As stewards and executive members in our Branches, Groups and Sub-Groups, you are an important link to serving our members. In this one-hour webinar, we will discuss how as union leaders we can best support members working remotely. By the end of this webinar you will:
