The 75th British Columbia/Yukon Regional Council Meeting is scheduled on the afternoon of Friday, May 31st and Saturday, June 1st, 2019 at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre, Burnaby, BC.
Delegate Allotment
Branch Presidents should begin to identify their delegates immediately. The delegate numbers are as follows:

Branch Presidents, please provide the name(s) of your delegate(s) and alternate(s) no later than Friday, April 5, 2019 to Patricia Fung at pfung@pipsc.ca . Delegates will be contacted with details for registration, travel and accommodations. Please note that full participation and attendance in the scheduled meetings is required or expenses may not be covered.
Observers are welcome, but all associated expenses must be covered by the sponsoring Branch. To ensure sufficient space and seating, names of observers are required by Friday, April 5, 2019.
The meeting materials will be available for review in an online virtual binder. Notification will be sent to delegates when the binder is posted, anticipated in early May.
Draft Agenda
On Thursday, May 30, 2019, the Regional Executive will meet during the day.
On Friday, May 31, 2019, a Branch President meeting will be held from 9:00 am to noon.
The Regional Council will commence at 2:00 pm on Friday, May 31, 2019.
The Regional Council dinner will take place on the evening of Friday, May 31, 2019.
On Saturday, June 1, 2019, the Regional Council will continue from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and will include breakfast and lunch for the delegates.
Branch Reports, Committee Reports and Resolutions
Please note, Branch reports, Committee reports and resolutions to be included in the virtual binder are due by Friday, April 12th. In order for documents to be translated and included in the virtual binder, please respect this due date for materials.

Nominations for Regional Executive
Nominations are being accepted for four (4) – three (3) year positions and one (1) – one (1) year position, to be elected at the Council meeting. A nomination form can be submitted in advance to the Vancouver office or at the Council meeting on May 31 and June 1, 2019, prior to the elections.
