You are invited to apply to the Call for Delegates for the SH AGM 2026.

The 2026 SH Annual General Meeting (AGM), your forum to provide direction to your Executive, will be held in Montreal, Quebec on Saturday June 6, 2026 at the Delta Hotels Montreal, 475 Av. du Président-Kennedy, Montréal, QC H3A 1J7
For those who do not want to attend the In-person meeting, a zoom link will be available to attend virtually
In accordance with the group constitution, interested members are invited to apply to become voting delegates for the AGM. The Executive shall determine the selection of delegates.
We have been allocated 37 delegate seats this year and would like to invite you to consider submitting your name to attend this event.
When choosing delegates the executive will consider the following: Region, Department, Profession, Previous attendance, Engagement and Membership in Equity Seeking Groups.
One delegate shall be chosen for each 200 Regular and Retired Members by geographic region (SH bylaw 8.1.5.2 Regions).
Application DEADLINE:
If you are interested in attending the SP Group AGM as a delegate, please click and fill in the Online Registration Form before March 25, 2026, 5:00 PM (Eastern Time).
Once the selection of delegates is finalized, the selected members will be notified. If you are selected, expenses and salary will be covered by PIPSC in accordance with the PIPSC Travel Policy.
Respectfully, may we also ask that you only apply when you are certain your schedule and circumstances allow you to go. We fully understand that unforeseen events can derange your plans; however, cancellations cause a lot of work for a number of people, particularly late cancellation. Your chances to be chosen as a delegate for future events might be jeopardized.
