- Office/Staff Report – (K. Hawkins)
A one year term ERO role was posted and will be interviewing shortly. This posting reflects Simon Cott's leave and ensures we have proper coverage as Harinder Mahil is concluding his term at the end of October 2022. We do hope to have Simon back as soon as possible. All other staff remain and continue working hard as we see a significant volume of work coming our way. We are noting a great deal of work originating from the BC FNHA, even though it's a very small group. I'm hoping to have a better understanding of the workflow coming into the office as a result of the incoming Case Management System. Speaking of this, the launch is next Monday! This is why I cannot join you today as I'm meeting with our head of IT architecture today (who happens to live in Victoria). We are looking forward to having a system that properly reflects our work and enhances service to members!
