The SH Group collective agreement expired on September 30, 2022. The terms and conditions in our current collective agreement will remain the same until we reach a new agreement.
The SH Group served Notice to Bargain with the employer on August 26, 2022 and negotiation dates have be set to begin November 8-9, 2022.
Members of the Bargaining Team for the SH Group met on October 11-12th, 2022 for preparatory meetings for the upcoming round of bargaining. During these meetings the SH Bargaining Team continued its review of the language and asks within our current proposals for this round of bargaining.
The next Bargaining Team meetings are planned for October 26th and November 7th for final preparation prior to the exchange of proposals with the employer.
