The 2021 CP Group Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held by virtual means on Wednesday December 1, 2021, from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST. If you are interested in attending as a delegate, the CP Group invites you to register through the invitation email that will be sent shortly.
The object of the CP Group AGM will be to undertake a review of the 2021 fiscal year as required in the CP Group Bylaws. As per section 8 of the CP Group Bylaws, any proposed motions must be submitted, no later than 4 weeks prior to the AGM. Therefore, please send any proposals, prior to November 3, 2021, to peter.kucherepa@pipsc.ca and copy nbelanger@pipsc.ca.
The CP Group Executive is currently in the early stages of drafting a three-year mandate. The Executive has reserved June 2022 for the next Group AGM where we will share this strategic plan. As such, we may recommend related delegate motions be tabled to the June 2022 AGM.
