Discussions are planned on several topics of interest to you. Moreover, this is an excellent opportunity to discuss your concerns.
If you want to get involved in your union and help improve the quality of your work life, you will also have the opportunity to apply for a position on the Executive. Please see the “Call for nominations” document.

- As seating is limited to 60 people and a meal is offered, please R.S.V.P. for us to book a place for you. The only way to book your place is by emailing Justine Lachance at jus47@hotmail.com by November 8. Please make sure you receive an email confirming your registration. However, all members in good standing may attend the first part of the AGM without a reservation.

Call for nominations
Please be advised that, in accordance with the Québec City AFS Sub-Group By-Laws, the following executive positions for the Québec City AFS Sub-Group will be filled by election at the Sub-Group’s 2019 AGM on Wednesday, November 13, 2019: Vice-President 1, Vice-President 2, Treasurer (1 year), Secretary (1 year) and three (3) Members-at-Large.
In order to expedite proceedings during the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing (by email) by 5 p.m. on November 8, 2019. Nominations must be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. Nominations in writing must be sent to the Chair of the Québec City AFS Sub-Group’s Election Committee, Jean-Patrick Trottier. Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who cannot make it to the Sub-Group’s AGM must advise in writing the Election Committee of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.
Note: For this call for nominations, the masculine form refers to both the masculine and feminine genders and is used without discrimination for readability purpose only.
