FTE at PSPC as a Senior Business Analyst

I am dedicated to advocating for fair treatment, improving working conditions, and promoting a strong and inclusive work environment for all PIPSC members and PIPSC staff. I have a strong belief in the principles of governance, transparency, and fiscal responsibility, and I am committed to ensuring that PIPSC operates in accordance with its policies, by-laws, regulations and the CNFPA.

As a bilingual steward representing members rights for over 2 decades, I have consistently worked to address the needs and concerns of our members and promoting a strong and inclusive work environment for all PIPSC members.

Throughout my union service , I have held various leadership positions, including serving on many  executives. My commitment to advocating for the rights and interests of members has been recognized through awards such as the NCR Steward and Executive of the Year in 2013 and the prestigious PIPSC Life Member Award in 2017. In addition to my leadership roles, I have also been involved in various committees and consultation processes, including currently serving as a PIPSC appointee to the CLC Indigenous Committee.

I believe, if elected as your NCR Director, I will bring my knowledge and experience to ensure stability and ensure decisions are only made at the board after processing all avenues.
