INVITATION TO THE 77TH QUEBEC REGIONAL COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Québec Region Members:
The next Quebec Regional Council meeting, set to take place on May 4 and 5, 2018 at the Chéribourg Hotel, located at 2603, Chemin du Parc, Orford, Qc., J1X 8C8, will be our fourth “paperless” meeting.
Please note that members of the Quebec Regional Executive will be up for elections and that you will receive an Elections Notice and a Call for Nominations shortly.
All documents will be posted (as much as possible) on the PIPSC website http://www.pipsc.ca/regions/quebec
To register, kindly fill out the online registration form and submit it by Friday, March 16, 2018 at the latest.

The following electronic documents must be sent to the Montréal Regional Office to the attention of Anne Renaud (arenaud@pipsc.ca) at the latest:
- In accordance with By-Law 9.2 of the Quebec Region By-Laws and Regulations, motions to amend the By-Laws and Regulations: March 23, 2018
- National and Regional Committee Reports: April 3, 2018
- Branch President Reports: April 3, 3018
Note to Branch Presidents: You will be required to produce a written report even if you present it orally at the Regional Council Meeting.
