Ottawa West Branch - Healing Through Acupressure
The Ottawa West Branch invites you, OWB members, to join us for a networking and learning event on Healing through Acupressure (in English).
This workshop will introduce you to a new dimension of self-care for better health.
- Learn from an inspirational teacher whose teaching style is interactive and entertaining;
- Explore the effective ancient natural simple Chi healing with guided instructions on self-acupressure for daily practice;
- Empower your healing energy for emotional wellbeing and physical health.
Let us spring into action and clear the clutter in our minds, body, and spirit. Come and learn and network with your fellow Government colleagues.
