5:30 – Registration, Meet and Greet and meal
6:15 - Meeting
The meeting will include approval of the 2017 financial reports and the 2018 budget. It will also include Changes to the OWB Bylaws to be voted on. There are 6 positions of 2 year terms open for election and 1 position of 1 year term open for election. If you would like to contribute your ideas and time in organizing events for the good of our membership then please feel free to nominate yourself or get nominated by another member at the AGM. Following the business portion all members will have the opportunity to be informed of the latest in Union matters from our Guest speakers.

- Policy and Resolutions by Sherry Oake, Chair, NCR-PIPSC By-laws and Policies Committee – Policy and Resolution
- Employee Wellness Support Program – Focus on Sick leave for all Public Service employees by Pierre Touchette, Vice-President of the CS Group National Executive
Note: Dinner Attendance is limited to the first 60 Ottawa West Branch members only.
