Having Worked for several years with representatives of both excluded employees and the CNSC management, PIPSC is pleased to note that the CNSC Pay Equity committee has posted the Draft Pay Equity plan on the Pay Equity Share point site. While subject to change the plan shall be posted on the employer SharePoint site from December 15th, 2025, until February 17th, 2026, which captures the minimum 60-day requirement as set by the Federal Pay Equity Act. PIPSC members may submit your feedback through two different mechanisms, an anonymous feedback form found on the Pay Equity Share Point site <https://cnsc365.sharepoint.com/sites/AskHR-DemanderauxRH/SitePages/Pay-Equity.aspx?web=1> or by emailing pecces@cnsc-ccsn.gc.ca any responses requiring individual clarification or responses. Please use the feedback form for all comments on the plan as the committee (including PIPSC representatives) may take your comments and use it to update Pay Equity information on the website for others to view.
