Get your walking shoes ready! This year, PIPSC will be back in full force at the Capital Pride parade in Ottawa on Sunday, August 27.
Your National Capital Region executive is organizing brunch and a walking group in the Pride parade. Bring your family – there will be face-painting and plenty of giveaways!
What: Capital Pride brunch and parade walking group
When: Sunday, August 27 (brunch 11:00 AM, walking group leaves at 12:30 PM)
Where: Montgomery Legion, 330 Kent St, Ottawa
Brunch spaces are limited, so registration is required. The brunch will take place at 11:00 AM at the Montgomery Legion. Marchers in the parade should meet at 12:30 PM outside the Legion or join us on Elgin Street at the start of the parade (look for the PIPSC flags!)

The parade also coincides with Public Service Pride week. We want you to know that our union is committed to advancing issues for 2SLGBTQ+ workers in and out of the workplace.
