A ratification vote on the NR Group tentative agreement was held from February 2 to 16, 2024.
We are pleased to share that the majority of NR Group members have voted to accept the tentative agreement reached with the Treasury Board.
For your information:
- Your Bargaining Team negotiated with the Treasury Board and reached a tentative agreement in December 2023.
- On January 5, 2024, the tentative agreement, recommended by your Bargaining Team, was shared with the membership.
- We held national webinars, in both English and French, on January 19 and February 2, 2024, to discuss the tentative agreement.
- Based on the vote confirmation, your Bargaining Team anticipates signing our new collective agreement in March, and we will be in touch with the next steps on its implementation.
