About the session: "If You Must Sit - Do it RIght" 

We all know prolonged sitting is disastrous for our precious bodies and many of us need to sit to do our work. There are a few uncomplicated strategies to assist the body to feel great - even while sitting in the office. Instead of it being a body prison, your office can be your minute gym - and there are no membership fees! Your chair, desk and a few objects around your office will become your friends. With a little practice, you may be excited about getting to your office space and you will never look at your office chair the same way again.

Learn a few strategies on how to help your hips, back and shoulders feel as if they came out of a spa at the end of the work day.

The equipment you need for this session:

  • Chair
  • Hand towel
  • Yoga belt (or a rope) 
  • Stretch band
