Call for nominations

Please be advised that, under AFS 200 René-Lévesque West Sub-Group by-laws, all positions on the AFS 200 René-Lévesque West Sub-Group Executive (President, Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary and four [4] Members-at-Large) will be filled by election during the 2021 Annual General Meeting, which will be held on October 7, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.

To speed up the evening’s proceedings, we suggest that you submit your nominations in writing (by email) before 6:00 p.m. on October 7, 2021. Each nomination should be made by a member in good standing and seconded by another member in good standing. Please send all written nominations to the AFS Sub-Group 200 René-Lévesque West Election Committee Chair, Alexandre Martel, at alexandre.martel@pipsc.ca. Any member whose candidacy is submitted in writing and who will be absent for the 2021 AFS 200 René-Lévesque West Sub-Group AGM must write to the Election Committee to indicate their interest in the position they are nominated for.

Current members of the Executive may not run for the position they currently hold.
