Call for nominations.
In accordance with the AFS 200 Rene-Levesque West Sub-Group By-Laws, be advised that all Executive positions for the AFS 200 Rene-Levesque West Sub-Group are to be filled by election at the Sub-Group’s 2024 AGM, scheduled for Thursday, March 21, 2024.
In order to expedite proceedings on the night of the AGM, nominations must be submitted in writing (a simple email) before 5 p.m. on March 17th, 2024. All nominations must be made by a member in good standing and supported by another member in good standing. Written nominations must be sent to the Chair of the AFS 200 Rene-Levesque West Sub-Group’s Election Committee, Mr. Gilles Paré à l'adresse gpare@pipsc.ca. Members whose nominations have been submitted in writing and who expect to be absent from the 2024 AGM must advise the Election Committee in writing of their interest in the position for which they were nominated.
