Between April 28th and May 12th, 2025 AFS members will receive an onboarding email from: donotreply-nepasrepondre@elections.pipsc-ipfpc.ca with the following subject: "PIPSC Voting System Account Onboarding - Intégration des comptes du système de vote de l’IPFPC "
This email will go to the email address we have in our systems as your preferred email. Please ensure you are checking your Junk/Spam folders.
This email will go out only to those who have not yet onboarded to https://elections.pipsc-ipfpc.ca/. If you have onboarded to the system previously (this past summer practice or for the National Election) you can simply login with your Member ID, password created, and two-factor authentication method.
If you have not received the onboarding email, please ensure we have the correct email address on file by contacting elections@pipsc.ca.
If you have received the onboarding email but wish to update your current email on file, please complete the onboarding and then reach out to elections@pipsc.ca. The voting account is tied to your Member ID and password; the email is only used for communication; it can be updated at any time. Due to strict employer policies, we strongly recommend using a personal email to ensure smooth delivery.
Voting will take place by electronic means only. No paper mail-in ballots or e-mailed ballot key will be provided.
