AFS GROUP ELECTIONS CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
Nominations are now invited for the following positions in the AFS Group:
- IT Regional President Atlantic Region
- IT Regional President Quebec Region
- IT Regional President Ontario Region
- IT Regional President Prairie/NWT Region
- IT Regional President BC/Yukon Region

PIPSC Guidelines for Constituent Body Elections
Eligibility
All AFS-CS Stewards in good-standing are eligible to run for office.
The AFS Elections Committee shall scrutinize the nominations for eligibility and, if necessary, arrange for ballots to be distributed to all members eligible to vote in the election on 25-Oct-2019. Completed ballots will be due by 12-Nov-2019 @ 5:00 PM (Ottawa time).

All members elected to office as the AFS IT Regional President require a personal time commitment to perform their duties. This regularly includes unpaid time for meetings on evenings and weekends. Personal (non-work) email address and phone numbers are published to the members for all AFS IT Regional Presidents.
Further, no campaigning within the workplace of any kind will be tolerated including, but not limited to the use of any group email lists.

The deadline for receipt of nomination forms and résumés, to the AFS Elections Committee at Afsatlantic@gmail.com , is: 10-Oct-2019 @ 5:00 p.m. (Ottawa time).
