Your AFS Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that on September 16, 2023, we signed a tentative agreement to complete this round of collective bargaining. The Bargaining Team would like to thank all members for their support.
We believe we have reached the best negotiated deal possible in what has been a challenging round of negotiations. Please find below your ratification information kit in preparation for the ratification vote

The Bargaining Team and the Executive of the AFS Group are recommending that members vote yes to secure these wins.
The ratification vote for this tentative agreement is being done by electronic means only. No paper ballots will be provided. All regular members in good standing will be emailed a voting key with instructions. Voting will be held from November 10 to November 24, 2023 (closing at 12 PM EST).

Please note if you are trying to vote while in the workplace some employer firewalls will not allow it. If you encounter any difficulty, then please vote from home.
