Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) – 2026
You are invited to the Annual General Meeting of the Edmonton Chapter, Retired Members Guild to be held at 3:35 p.m. on Wednesday March 04, 2026, at the Yang Ming Buffet, 3414 118 Avenue NW, Edmonton. The Edmonton Chapter AGM will precede the Annual General Meeting of the Edmonton Branch at the same venue.
The proposed agenda is attached. The Chapter Executive looks forward to seeing you there.
We have again invited Kim Scriver, RMG National President to attend and she has confirmed her participation.
In accordance with By-Laws 6.3 and 7.2.1, no elections will be held this year.
If you plan to attend the Edmonton Chapter AGM, please email Barrie Wickware at bwickware@shaw.ca by noon Thursday, February 26, 2026.
It will also be necessary to register for the Edmonton Branch AGM for which you will receive separate notification.
