    1. Prairie/ NWT executive meeting 2022-01-31
      1. Notification will be sent out to members of Committees of the Board
      2. PIPSC president is setting up some events
        • webinars (domestic violence, black history month)
        • town hall re: vaccinations and union representation
        • Member engagement survey
  • Tax fairness survey
  • task force re: AGM possibly hybrid virtual/hybrid (Montreal Nov 18/19)
  • Call for delegates in June
  • Finance report
  • Pam elected chair of the Training Committee
  • next BOD meeting March 21
    • Training
      • Basic Steward March 17-19 Edmonton
      • Labour School May 12-14 Winnipeg
      • Leadership Essentials Oct 6 and 7, Edmonton (two people from Branch)
      • Basic Steward training (3rd week Oct) Winnipeg
  • Rob Trudeau selected Vice Chair for PRE until Prairie Regional Council.
  • Next PRE will be March 19.
    • Aiming for in person meeting
  1. Treasurer’s Report (Jason)
    • No change from financial statements from January
    • No allotment was applied for as sufficient funds available in 2021.
    • Balance $X December 31, 2021
    • Purchase of promotion items, Owl device, steward appreciation, open house.
    • Will apply for allotment for 2022 after AGM
  1. New Business
    • Engagement activities
    • Discussion on options
    • Investigate Football/ Soccer/ Baseball promotion codes
    • Public Service Week June 12-18, 2022
    • Events in workplaces “welcome back” (cake, coffee etc.)- but not sure when staff will be going back
    • New aviation museum (Kevin), to investigate
    • Picnic at Birds Hill Park etc. (Cory)

      1. Brandon Holiday Event (Mo), have not been in the office.
    3. AGM May 18th
      1. Need to check about deposit. Venue would hold the deposit for later date if unable to hold event due to public health rules.
