The Calgary Branch invites its members only to attend its Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Note: Registration opens Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 6:30 PM and closes on Tuesday, 7 April 2026 at 9:00 PM.
Maximum attendance for dinner - 100, based on capacity. Any member is welcome to join for the election.
Election: If you want to nominate a member or are interested in holding a position on the Calgary Branch Executive, please forward your completed nomination form, prior to the meeting, to the Elections Committee Chair: Cody Hobbs at CodyHobbsCPA@gmail.com. This will assist with promoting a timely meeting. For your convenience, a nomination form is attached. Nominations for elections will also be accepted from the floor. Any regular or retired member of the Institute who is a member in good standing of the Calgary Branch is eligible to run.
Elections will be held for the following positions:
- President (2-year term), 1 position
- Secretary (2-year term), 1 position
- Member-at-Large (2-year term), 4 positions
Guest Speakers: Stéphanie Fréchette, PIPSC Vice-President and Katy Windl, Prairie/NWT Regional Director
Reports will be given by the President and the Treasurer. The agenda and nomination form are attached below. Last year’s meeting minutes will be provided at the meeting.
Members may be entitled to claim costs related to the care of qualified family members resulting from attending the meeting by submitting an Expense Claim form accompanied by a receipt. For details please refer to the Policy on Family Care through Google Drive.
