Message from the PIPSC Toronto Centre executives:
On October 1, 2020, the Toronto Centre PIPSC executives approved the following;
Toronto Centre Local PIPSC will reimburse your cost for ordering the masks from the CRACC Campaign costing up to a total of $20 ;
Details of qualification for reimbursement:
1) Who
a. Must be a PIPSC member sitting in Toronto Centre and in good standing
b. Be included in Toronto Centre listing as of August 2020
2) When:
a. Date of purchase between August 1, 2020 to December 1, 2020
b. Evidence of purchase between said date
c. Submission of claim after December 1, 2020 will not be approved. Limit to first 600 claims.
3) What and How to do it:
a. Please indicate on your order form that you are a PIPSC member in Toronto Centre
b. Place your order to vivian.pivetta@cra-arc.gc.ca
c. Please copy your order form to Tony Redmond as well tony.redmond@cra-arc.gc.ca
d. Please pay for your mask(s) first and you will get your reimbursement later before the end of the year.
