The PIPSC HC-NCR Branch Executives, in collaboration with Ottawa Public Health, is organizing an information session on the legalization of Cannabis in Canada.
This session is prepared by Ottawa Public Health in partnership with Ottawa School Boards, Ottawa Police Service, Rideau Wood Addiction and Family Services, and Parent's Lifeline of Eastern Ontario. The session will include details about the new Cannabis law, the use of cannabis, the short and long term effects, its risk for teens, and information to parents and their responsibilities for their youth and young adults. This session will include a Question and Answer segment.
