Atlantic Region Constitution and By-Laws

PREAMBLE Institute By-Laws provide that each Region shall have a written Constitution consistent with the By-Laws and Regulations of the Institute. DEFINITIONS "Institute" means The Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada.
