CFIA S&A Bargaining Update - Retroactive Pay
The deadline for the Employer to process your retroactive pay for your 2014-2018 Collective Agreement is October 26, 2019. If you have not received your retroactive pay at that time, you should immediately fill out a Phoenix Feedback Form, contact your Employer’s Human Resources Department, and contact our dedicated PIPSC Phoenix staff about filing a grievance.
If you have received some of your retroactive pay, but believe it was not the full amount and/or believe it was processed incorrectly, you should also complete the Phoenix Feedback Form and contact your Employer’s Human Resources department. If the situation is not resolved you should contact PIPSC Phoenix staff to discuss the possibility of filing a grievance.
