In 2018 our membership count was 129. Our keynote event was our joint UCCO-SACC/PIPSC Nix Phoenix event on September 11th. It was very well attended despite the rain. Stéphane Aubry was our Better Together guest. The Cowansville Correctional Service held 2 small awareness events jointly with PSAC with coffee and donuts. We had 3 Executive meetings in 2018 with more than 70% participation. We held our 2018 AGM in November at the Auberge du National in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu. 24 people attended out of a possible 40. Our guest speaker was Mr. Stéphane Aubry. Our new Branch banner was discussed. Feedback was collect to create a Branch banner with the Quebec Region logo. Approval of the Regional Executive will be needed before we print it. The 2018 elections were held to replace 50% of the Executives including the Vice-President Hassan Dahbi Skali (elected by acclamation), the Treasurer Louise Boucher (elected by acclamation), and 3 Members-at-Large all elected by acclamation: Duc - Ly, Mario L'heureux and Franc Siriex. All were elected for a 2-year term. Diversity was successfully maintained in the Executive.

The Branch will be more active in 2019.
