We are asking that you demonstrate your support by taking a photo of yourself wearing blue, holding an IT Group visibility item, standing in front of a monitor displaying the “I support my Bargaining Team” virtual background or holding a sign indicating your support.

Your bargaining team is working very hard to push back on the employer’s direction to return to the office by negotiating strong telework language that would enshrine your right to work remotely.
The employer is seeking to limit and amend the protection of your rights under Workforce Adjustment. We will fight to not just maintain, but improve that protection and your rights in a new collective agreement.
I cannot stress more that your support is critical to success in negotiations.
