"Since August of last year, when the CER agreed to engage with PIPSC in the development of a pay equity plan as mandated by law, PIPSC has worked diligently with the employer. Unfortunately, due to delays in the initiation of the plan's development, the committee has missed the legislated deadline, and no new completion date has been established. PIPSC remains committed to collaborating with the employer to advance all agreed-upon actions and finalize the pay equity plan as promptly as possible."
