Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting (2024 AGM)
We are pleased to invite you to the PIPSC AFS Saguenay Sub-Group Annual
General Meeting. For the occasion, we’d like to invite you in large numbers to Jonquière’s Boston
Pizza restaurant (free food and beverages).

Come and meet your AFS regional representative, Mr. Jean Couillard. He will join us, in person, to
brief us on current issues at PIPSC.
Meet the executive and members of the AFS Saguenay Sub-Group and take part in the election of
the directors. The following positions will be up for election, this year:
Vice-President (two-year term)
Secretary (two-year term)
