PIPSC Calgary Branch presents: Labour Day at TELUS Spark

Description: Come and bring your family to join our Labour Day Event at TELUS Spark! TELUS Spark is a space for people of all ages and abilities to let go and embrace the desire to explore and get closer to science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This is a great opportunity to explore, learn, and have fun while spending some family time together and networking with other PIPSC members.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:
- Registration opens August 19th at 9:00 AM and the deadline for event registration is August 23 at 11:00 PM
- For this event each member is eligible to register the number of guests in their party up to the maximum of:
- One adult and three children (age 3 to 17); or
- Two adults and two children (3 to 17); or
- Three adults (18+).
When registering please specify the amount of guests in your party.
- The number of tickets is limited so register early at https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/pipsc-cagary-branch-day-presents-labour-day-at-telus-spark-tickets-966383939377?aff=oddtdtcreator
- Calgary Branch Executives will be at the door to hand out the tickets between 9:30 am to 11:00 am. You can stay as long as you wish until the closing time at 7 pm.
- Your Eventbrite registration does not count as your ticket for the event. Tickets MUST be picked up from Branch representatives at the time listed above (9:30 am – 11:00 am).
- The parking at Telus Spark is a paid lot and is to be covered by the member.
GENERAL NOTES:
- If you are going to be late, you will not be able to participate in the event unless you have notified the event organizers. [If this happens, we can suggest the member make prior arrangements with a colleague to pick up their tickets.]
- If you miss the event, you won’t be able to pick your tickets up for use on a different day.
- Help us manage our funds and honour the registration you make. If your plans change, please be sure to advise the event organizers so we can cancel your registration and another member may attend.
