All BCFNHA Members are invited to join a virtual Lunch and Learn Session on “Understanding your pension” with our pension experts Colby Briggs and Demi Francoeur.
Would you like to learn more about your BC municipal pension plan? You know your pension is important. You work hard now, and your pension is your deferred salary working to protect your future, but do you completely understand how your pension works?
During this Lunch and Learn Session Demi and Colby will be discussing such topics as:
1. How your BCFNHA pension works - your defined benefit plan
2. Your pension calculation
3. Planning for retirement and other sources of retirement income
4. Question / Answer period
