2024 Annual General Meeting

All SP members in the Fredericton/Oromocto area are cordially invited by the
Fredericton SP Sub-Group Executive to join us for an Annual General Meeting.
Agenda:
1. Introductions
2. Approval of Agenda
3. Approval of Previous AGM Minutes
4. President and Treasurer’s Reports (Budget Approval)
5. Presentation (Shane, giving a presentation on what Work Force adjustment is and what it means for people.)
6. Presentation (Leslie Nasmith from the SP National Executive with a bargaining debrief)
7. Election of Officers – President (2 Year Term), Treasurer (1 Year Term), Secretary (2 year term) and Member-at-Large(s) (3, all a 1 Year Term)-Nominations to be made from floor of AGM, please reach out to an executive member if you would like to run but can’t make meeting
8. New Business/Q&A
Dinner and refreshments will be provided by the Fredericton SP Subgroup Executive. Refreshments will begin at 6:30pm, Meeting and dinner at 7:00pm. Kingswood will provide menus which participants can order from.
