- Uncertain what’s involved with obtaining an exception. Waiting for clarification from the ADM’s.
- GC co-working locations, does it quality as an official day at the work site? Andrea Darlington: I think it’s acceptable, but in conjunction with Manager’s approval.
- Owais Khurshid: are there plans for additional locations in the GTA? Currently there’s only one location downtown.
ACTION: ask this question at the next LMCC.

- Expected to bring keyboard and mouse between home to work. See how the lockers are set up?
- Helen Yang: the unassigned seating swing space on the 3rd floor has some issues
- Diane Pendlebury: moving of library material to Burlington. Asked Manager if scientists could keep some reference material in their office. Manager asked the Library group. Request denied, inter-library loan is the only way. You can have a book on a long term loan up to one year.
- Jian Feng: If you use a book quite often, you can ask manager to purchase it.
- Owais Khurshid, coming twice per week. Teams decide which days.
- People concerned about snow days, other inclement weather. Also, around holidays, e.g., Mondays, do they need to make up for it? Waiting for management to respond.
- Conor: mixture of assigned and unassigned seating at our office.
- Kim Laird: for CWS, 2nd floor. Staff continue to work remotely until things are finished. We were told we will be provided assigned lockers.
- PA group in PSAC, still considering a strike.
- Attending conferences, where it’s combo virtual and in person, denied because of this reason. The example was for the ESRI conference.
- Has anyone been denied because of this reason?
- Is anyone going to ESRI?
