Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the AFS Subgroup Burnaby-Fraser

Time: Social at 5:00 pm, Dinner at 6:30 pm, Meeting following dinner
Place: Neptune Palace Seafood Restaurant, 10153 King George Blvd, Surrey
Should you wish to attend the dinner preceding the meeting, please pay $5 to your local PIPSC steward (listed below), who will reserve your seat and forward the funds to the Treasurer. Dinner seats are limited.

Request for Nominations: The above shaded Executive positions of the AFS Subgroup Burnaby-Fraser are up for election (you can get nomination forms from any of your local stewards) at the AGM. The Executive has appointed the following as this years Election Committee: Simon Chiu and Darcey Dueck. Nominations may be submitted to anyone on the Committee either before or at the AGM.
