Your bargaining team met with the employer on October 11 and 12. It was hoped that in this session we would reach a tentative agreement.
The parties were able to come to an agreement on a number of items including some elements of pay and premiums.
Unfortunately, no deal was reached as the parties still have a couple of details to finalize: final wording on remote work arrangements and pay. We also agreed to further discussions on hours of work after the conclusion of this round of bargaining.
The WPEG team would like to congratulate the WTEG team on reaching a tentative deal with the employer.
