Your PIPSC Bargaining Team is pleased to announce that we have reached a tentative agreement with Niagara Health System that we will present to the members for ratification in the coming weeks.
This was the culmination of months of preparation beginning in 2019, including a membership survey, multiple meetings of your bargaining team and 4 negotiation sessions with the employer.
Next Steps
Full details of the tentative agreement will be provided in a ratification package, to be distributed by email to WFCC-RT members. Lunchtime information sessions have been tentatively scheduled for November 25, 2021, once the ratification package has been finalized and distributed to the membership. Following the information session, you will be invited to vote electronically on the tentative agreement.
