Rob Hancock called meeting to Order @ 6:30 p.m.

2. Adoption of Agenda

3. Approval of previous Minutes.

4. Business Arising from previous Minutes

5.    President’s Report

The President, on behalf of the Executive Committee welcomed all in attendance.

  • Union dues increased and PIPSC no longer running a deficit
  • Group has a new ERO now and hoping to move towards having one ERO cover all of the radiation therapy groups instead of having diverse portfolios
  • Union stewards meet with leadership once a week to work on increasing trust and communication
  • Reminder to members that in any meeting with management you may request to have a union steward present
  • Vacation quota is being held at 2 with specific weeks being 3
    • Requesting members to document when denied vacation
  • On call being looked into, not doing Fridays but not given 60 days notice

6.     Annual Financial Report

Brittany presented the Annual Financial Report in detail.

7.     Approval of 2026 Budget

Brittany presented the budget for the upcoming year, including fund allocation for PIPSC staff events.

Motion to approve. Moved by Brittany McIntyre. Seconded by Alexis Millhiser.

8.     Upcoming Bargaining

Once bargaining picks up in the Fall, Rob hopes to meet with all union leaders
