You’re invited to the CP Gatineau Subgroup Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Hotel Hilton Lac Leamy on Wednesday November 17, 2021 at 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM ET.
If you wish to attend the AGM, please send an email RSVP by November 14, 2021 to gatineausubgroupcp@gmail.com. Complimentary dinner will be served for members starting at 5:00 PM ET.
Please note that proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required for in-person attendance to this event. If you intend to attend, please ensure you have your proof of vaccination with you and are willing to show it to a designated volunteer at the event.
We will also be accepting nominations to join the CP Gatineau Subgroup executive. Nominations must be submitted on the floor of the AGM. The following positions are available:
1 President, 1 Vice-President, 1 Treasurer, 1 Secretary and 7 Members at Large – all for a 2-year term.
Our strength is in our members’ engagement. By taking a leadership role in our union community, you will steer PIPSC toward the goals of improving our members’ lives and making progress on issues that matter most to us and the broader labor movement in Canada.
