The PIPSC AFS Group is responsible for the ratification process and will be holding information sessions to explain the terms of the tentative agreement. The information sessions will be approximately 2 hours in length.
To facilitate the ratification process, the CRA will grant employees leave with pay for other reasons in order to attend the information sessions. To account for this time, employees are to report the number of hours not worked in ESS using activity code 6990 (Leave with pay – Other reasons) – maximum 2 hours.
Given the ratification voting will be done electronically, employees will not be given additional time off to vote.
