- The meeting took place at the Brochetterie Le Vieux Moulin. Presentation of the agenda at 17:00 by Barb DeCandido.
- Adoption of the minutes of the previous AGM. Barb, moved by Decandido, seconded by Jean Laviolette.
- Barb Decandido summarized the Sub-Group’s activities during the year, including attending the AFS Presidents’ AGM in Quebec City and the Steward Council.
- Guy Savoie presented the Sub-Group’s financial statements. Approval was moved by Barb Decandido and seconded by Bruno Chiasson.
- Barb Decandido spoke about the various committees proposed by Management and the need to have an AFS member sitting in them. She will discuss it again with Management and get back to us.
- Elections: for the position of President, Jean Laviolette nominated Barb Decandido and was seconded by Guy Savoie. Barb Decandido was elected by acclamation. For the position of Vice-President/Treasurer, Barb Decandido nominated Guy Savoie and was seconded by Bruno Chiasson. Guy Savoie was elected by acclamation.
